The practice of Centering Prayer initiates the process of Spiritual growth.  When seriously undertaken, this method of prayer becomes a healing therapy for our interior wounds and eventually leads to contemplative prayer.  Anyone seeking a more intimate union with God will grow very steadily in the daily commitment to centering prayer.  The Centering Prayer Group is an educational and support group that meets each Wednesday at 7:00 pm in Our Lady's Meeting Room.
